What happened to the no or low carbohydrate diet? Was this diet a good idea? Probably not, because we use carbohydrates as fuel to power our bodies and mind. At least 5 out of 10 people have tried this weight loss diet and failed miserably at it. Would if of been easier just to cut the fat and junk food out of our diets; instead of cutting out the most important source of fuel for our bodies.

Have you ever heard of a water diet? I have an looked funny at people who were actually doing this. Think about it -- just water? Sure you will see quick weight loss but you will be bloated and possibly sick as well. Where is the nutrition and fun in that!
